I have plants, curtains, suncatchers, massage table, eco-fin set, a microwave, filing cabinet, mirror, wicker hamper, wicker storage unit, microwavable heat pack for the back, 3 patio chairs, wrought iron end table, wrought iron/wood shutters, etc. So if there was anything from my office that you were interested in, let me know specifically. Otherwise I hope to see you Sunday!

Some issues I’m tackling are HBP, type 1 diabetes, indigestion, inflammation and weight gain. Getting back on my Nutritarian diet along with exercise ALWAYS improves these conditions. Have you had this experience as well?

What's your why? Everyone wants to know the "why". Having the "why" can keep you focused on your goal. My why is to stave off cancer and heart disease that runs in my family. Genetics loads the gun but lifestyle pulls the trigger. What's your why?
