As Dr. Sam's Maternity Leave gets closer and closer, we would like to remind our patients how very thankful we are for each and everyone of you. She has 2 weeks left in the office before she goes home to prepare for their newest family member. Dr. Jesse Cook will be in office starting the first full week of May.

If you need to get your DOT PHYSICAL Done, don't walk but run to Dr. Sam's (or just drive there). You only have 3 weeks left to get it done. Her leave starts April 24 and while she is gone no DOT Physicals will be done in her absence. She will be transitioning back at the end of June. 636-229-1825
