Happy Birthday, Deana! 🎉 Today we celebrated with a delicious lunch of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and purple hull peas — just the way she wanted! We also surprised her with some personal goodies she needed and of course a little chocolate to make the day even sweeter. 🍫💜

🌿 This Week’s Wellness Win 🌿

At Americare, wellness isn’t a program — it’s a way of life. Through Flourish Wellness, we create opportunities for residents to live with vitality, meaning, and personal fulfillment at every age and ability level.

Dimension of Wellness: Social

Activity: Our friends enjoyed a fun ice cream bar set up by Alexis & Ashten with Aegis Therapy! Residents gathered on the front porch, in the beauty shop, and even enjoyed treats in the comfort of their rooms while visiting and spending time together. 🍦

Story: Moments like these encourage conversation, laughter, and connection among our residents and staff. Whether sharing stories on the porch or enjoying a sweet treat with friends, this activity helped create meaningful social interaction and brought smiles all around. A big thank you to Alexis & Ashten with Aegis Therapy for making the afternoon so special! ❤️

This morning we had the honor of being invited to participate in the Career Day Parade at Martin Primary School! We had so much fun seeing all the smiling faces and hearing the excitement from the kids as we drove by honking the van horn for them. Thank you for including us in such a special event — it was a wonderful way to spend the morning! 🚐📚❤️

Today we celebrated a very special friend with a delicious birthday meal of pizza, salad, and a delicious strawberry cake (made by our very own Kayla Orsborne)❤️ surrounded by warm wishes and smiles from friends and staff. 🍕🥗

She also received thoughtful personal items as gifts, making her day even more meaningful and special. 🎁💐

Today we celebrated the wonderful women who have filled our lives with love, wisdom, strength, and endless care through the years. We enjoyed a delicious lunch of meatloaf, fried okra, and macaroni & cheese while spending time together and making sweet memories.

To our mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures — thank you for the love you continue to share every single day. Your kindness and nurturing hearts make Greenbrier feel like home. We hope each of you felt extra loved and celebrated today! 💕

We kicked off the day with some fun coloring activities to get everyone in the festive spirit. For lunch, our friends enjoyed a delicious taco salad with rice—such a perfect way to celebrate!

This afternoon, we’re putting our thinking caps on and challenging our minds to see how many words we can create from “Cinco De Mayo.” 🧠✨

It’s been a great day full of fun, food, and creativity! 💃🌵

We’re feeling extra proud of our sweet residents at Greenbrier Meadows! 💛

Our very own “Porch Club” was featured, in the Weakley County Press highlighting something so simple yet so special—friends gathering on the front porch, soaking up the sunshine, sharing stories, and enjoying each other’s company. There’s nothing better than good conversation and a warm spring day!

These moments of connection are what make our community feel like home. We love seeing our residents come together, laugh, and make memories right here on the porch.

Greenbrier Meadows earned Silver Honor Club. Only 15 buildings/campuses received this honor company wide including all levels (Silver, Gold, and Presidential)!

Grateful for the support, encouragement, and teamwork that made this possible—no one achieves something like this alone. Proud to be part of a group that pushes each other to be better every day. Grateful every day for the incredible team I get to work with. The support, the energy, the way we show up for each other—there’s nothing like it. We don’t just work together, we win together. 💪🔥
