I just wanna take a moment to think the clients who have been in to recirce a session from me! It is much appreciated!

I do have a couoke updares!
I am out of the office this week! I am booked ip Saturday and have ioenings starting Tuesday January 6th!

For any payments via Venmo or card I will be charging a processing fee of $3. Cash, checks, and zelle do not require additional fees!

Lastly, I will be requiring you to put a card on file to book an appointment. The policy is requiring 24 hour notice of any cancellation. If an emergency comes up and you have to cancel the day off your appointment please notify me asap. I reserve the right to charge 50% of a service on the same day cancellation or a no call/no show. On any service under $60 I will charge 100% of the service cost.

Holding on to anger can only hurt you. I’ve worked with people one on one for going on 17 years and I can tell you that the body holds emotions and the negative emotions leave a negative impact on our physical body.

Movement is so important especially jumping/hopping! Love how this guy shows easy ways to start moving more!!
Bone density is also really important for women as we age to reduce risk of falls and breaking bones!
