Someone to do it with. These are the ingredients for LifeLong Living. And at LiveOak, we're serving individuals with cognitive disabilities and supporting them to achieve the full life they deserve. LiveOak Living Community was purposefully designed to be a safe and supportive environment for adults with cognitive disabilities. We wanted to create a community where people could thrive, not just survive. A place where people feel respected, connected and valued. At LiveOak, we:

Embrace the idea that all human beings deserve to live rich, full lives. Believe that people don't plateau, environments do. Focus on the humanity of our residents, not their diagnoses. Encourage a sense of community through shared experiences and responsibilities. Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of our residents and staff members.
