It’s very important that you listen to your body and know when to stop and reset. Don’t keep pushing yourself when your body is telling you that it needs a break. Here are a few things that I do, and that you can do as well for resets during busy times

🛁 Hot bath or shower — add Epsom salts if you have them.
🧖🏽‍♀️ Stretch or lay flat — give your spine, hips, and neck some love.
🕯️ Lights low, sound soft — even 10 minutes of silence or calm music can help reset your nervous system.
🧃 Hydrate — your muscles and brain are calling for water.
💭 No guilt. Just rest. Canceling is not weakness — it’s wisdom.

Rest is a part of living and living healthy.

Your Me Time Massage will be closed from July 24th through August 4th as I take some much-needed time off for self-care and to celebrate my anniversary. During this time, I will be completely offline and unavailable for calls or texts.

Happy New Year from Your Me Time Massage!
2024 was an amazing year and we were able to take care of hundreds of amazing clients! It was such a blessed year for us. One of our busiest year’s since we started this journey.
2025 will be even better. Not only for YMTM, but for you too! We pray that you and your family are covered and protected from hurt, harm, and any danger. We pray that if you’re going through any health challenges, that you receive the answers that you need and that you’re able to take the necessary routes to be healed. We pray for prosperity and abundance for your household. We pray that your children behave as they should and that you’re always able to provide everything that they need to be happy. We pray that you can take care of all of your bills without worry. And we pray for your mental health and that you make taking care of your needs a priority, so that you can show up in the world as the super human that you are.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS from Your Me Time Massage!! The office will be closed for new appointments until January 3, 2025!

If you need to purchase gift cards, please check out our website, as we will not be in the office for physical gift card purchases. This will give you the option to print off the gift card to give as a gift to your amazing loved ones or have it emailed to them to use.

If you need to cancel your session, feel free to text (706)910-3033 or leave 1 voice message. We do not want you to stress about not actually speaking with us and having to feel like you have to keep calling, so leaving 1 voice message is you being amazing and doing your part. So thank you for that!
