Daniel grew up in Montgomery, AL and lives in Augusta, GA. He is an Ashtanga yoga practitioner and a registered yoga teacher, and believes that greater health and happiness is achieved through the harmonious functioning of all layers of a person's being. He learned Thai Table Massage from Michael Sitzer and is a level 2 Reiki practitioner.

Hey everyone! I'm excited to announce I'm now accepting bookings for Thai Yoga Massage (on a traditional floor mat). Here's a description from the web site:

"This style of massage features rhythmic compressions, rocking, and yoga-like stretching. It is a heart-centered moving meditation intended not just to relax the receiver but to increase present moment awareness and balance the energy. It is done with clothes on, either on a massage table or traditional mat. Loose, comfortable clothes are recommended like you might wear for yoga."
