As you all know Good Vibes has now closed. The location has been taken over by Co-Owner Bethany Roley. Bethany is the owner of Fierce Fitness for Women which is an all women's fitness studio. We cater to women of all ages and fitness levels. We do have yoga on the schedule and will be adding aerial yoga back on the schedule in October. Below is the schedule for Fierce effective Sept 6. Note if you go to the website now you will not see the new schedule listed- we are changing booking systems and it will be released on the website as well as open for booking on Sept 5. We have monthly unlimited options, 2 days a week options, as well as pay per class and a 5 class pass option.

5:30 AM Chisel & Burn (this is a full body strength training/cardio class)

5:30 AM Rise & Shine Yoga

6:15 Pm WERQ- hip hop dance fitness

5:30 AM Ripped (this is a strength training class for upper body)
8:00 AM Prime Time (55 and up)

Saturdays
8:00 AM F.I.T (fast interval training class- lots of fun)
9:00 AM Power Up & Flow Down Yoga
We also have some fun workshops coming in Sept- Glow Hip Hop Yoga and I am very excited about our Burlesque workshop!!!
