I started the year off right.
BF was a muffin and protein shake (46g)
Workout with some amazing and motivated ladies. Personal training session. And then lunch from Cook Unity - jerk chicken with grilled pineapple and corn.

Dinner will be the traditional pork (tenderloin) and something green (broccoli or green beans)!

Abs are made in the kitchen!
