Hi friends! A few months back I had a ton of extra ingredients from a homeschool class so I made a batch of fire cider. It’s been ready for months but alas, here I have finally bottled it 😁 Consider it very limited - I don’t know that we are bringing it back into production long term - but I do have about two gallons I can sell! Did you know Rosemary, which has been around for centuries - was added to the sage genus as recently as 2017? DNA tests revealed it was actually closely related to many sage species and researches officially yanked its own genus title from it after the discovery! (fair). I love this because it reminds us that there is always SO much more to learn! We have hundreds of thousands of species of plants out there - such powerful medicine growing all around us! The research will never end and the science will never catch up fully, but boy is it fun to be along for the journey! 🌱

I am blessed to have clients of all ages and was recently shocked to make the connection that this little guy is the great grandson of my next door neighbors! I have been serving him and his mama at ABĒCA Naturals for some time now. Today his cute self came up to me and said “Hey, you know that medicine you make for me from plants? See this white gunky goodness at the bottom of my tincture? 😍 Much of this is thanks to a compound called INULIN which is found in lots of roots of the Daisy family but most occuring in Chicory or Dandelion. This here is Echinacea Angustifolia which has a small amount. Inulin is a prebiotic jackpot that your digestive system LOVES and it contributes to immune support as well! Just a quick shake of your tincture will blend the Inulin in with your extract to make sure you get all the goodness! This is why we recommend shaking all tinctures prior to dosing! 😍🌱
