Panhandle Home Health has an immediate opening for the full-time position of Intake Nurse. The successful candidate must be an LPN with current WV license in good standing.

Qualifications include exceptional computer skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment!

The Intake Nurse is responsible for responding to referral sources timely, receiving referral demographics and gathering all necessary information in order to initiate home health services.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm with the possibility of occasional overtime.
