Our mission is to provide quality support to the individuals we serve with the WV I/DD Waiver Program. Our team strives to help enhance the independence of the individuals served, offer support for their families, and increase participation in the community in which they live. We aim to help each individual increase their independence while maintaining safety for the individual and their family. We provide linkage to programs and/or other services that could help and assist individuals to reach their goals. We are professional and courteous at all times. American Family Matters provides a positive, fair and safe work environment to its employees. Only the highest quality of staff is hired to provide excellent care to our consumer while keeping our organization running effectively, and ethically.
