At American Family Matters, we understand that your family is the highest priority. We’re a full-service behavior health agency committed to providing exemplary service to individuals within the West Virginia I/DD Waiver program. Our caring and highly trained staff are dedicated to putting families first.
Our mission is to provide quality support to the individuals we serve with the WV I/DD Waiver Program. Our team strives to help enhance the independence of the individuals served, offer support for their families, and increase participation in the community in which they live. We aim to help each individual increase their independence while maintaining safety for the individual and their family. We provide linkage to programs and/or other services that could help and assist individuals to reach their goals. We are professional and courteous at all times. American Family Matters provides a positive, fair and safe work environment to its employees.
