Formerly known as RESA 8, we are now the Eastern Panhandle Instructional Cooperative - also known as EPIC. While our name has changed, our mission has not. We continue to support our region and serve the educational needs of the total community.

We provide a multitude of programs and services including WV Birth to Three, Early Head Start/Head Start/Pre-K, WV Public Service Training, WV Adult Education, Medicaid Reimbursement, Adolescent Health, WV Substitute Teacher Training, EPIC Transportation, WV Bus Operator Training, Special Education services and IT services.
