Pause, and take a breath, bringing to mind what's been sitting heaviest with you lately. Whatever situation, decision, or question you keep circling back to, hold it; that's what this reading is for.
🌳 Strength (35) • "You've survived worse."
Look to the tree: It's ancient, and weathered by things that would have taken out anything with shallower roots. Yet it's still standing, and growing at the base, still very much alive.
That's you right now; you may not feel strong, but the fact you're still here, showing up, trying... that IS strength. You don't have to feel invincible, but you do have to hold on. Roots go deeper than you think.
🍇 Denial (14) • "Not a no; it's just not ready yet."
The hand is reaching, fingers outstretched, almost there, as the fruit is hanging just above; not gone, nor taken away; just not time.
Whatever you're waiting on, stop white-knuckling it. Forcing something before it's ripe doesn't make it arrive faster, it bruises it. If there's tension or conflict wrapped up in this, choose to let it go rather than fight over it. The waiting is part of the process, not a punishment, Starling.
🌿 Grove (21) • "Slow down & look at where you are."
This card stopped me; a stone bench completely overtaken by vines and moss, tucked into a quiet corner of a garden that's clearly been growing a long time without anyone's permission. There's no urgency here... only time, doing what time does.
You're somewhere in the middle of something - not at the beginning, nor the end, right in the thick of it. The Grove is asking you to stop treating that like a problem. Beauty is already here; you're just moving too fast to see it.
⚡ Waste of Your Time (58)
This one's blunt, but it's meant to be. There's something, possibly several somethings, that you're giving energy to which doesn't deserve it: the worries that loop, situation you keep trying to fix that aren't yours, or the outcome you're still holding out for.
The cards aren't being cruel, they're being efficient. Drop it, and redirect that energy toward what's actually growing.
💫 You're stronger than you're giving yourself credit for, Starling. Something you want is coming, just not on your timeline. There's real beauty in where you are right now if you stop rushing past it, and there's at least one thing you're still carrying you need to put down.
