“Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)” often called a “photofacial” is a non-invasive skin treatment that uses broad-spectrum light pulses to improve skin tone, texture, and appearance.

IPL targets pigmentation (brown/dark spots, sun damage, freckles) and vascular issues (redness, broken capillaries, visible blood vessels) by shining light that’s absorbed by melanin (pigment) or blood in vessels.
