Community Stabilization is for individuals who have been discharged from hospitalization or released from Incarceration and may need support with de-escalation, medication management, housing resources, workforce development, and/or additional mental and behavioral health services.

Thank you to Danville Public Schools for inviting us to provide the Trauma- Informed Educator’s training. They were so very pleasant and welcoming, setting the tone with a Hawaii themed day! With the opportunity to provide this valuable Information on supporting our students who have experienced trauma, they are ready for next school year!

In addition to providing mental and behavioral health services, PUFS also offers training for staff and educators in the areas of: Trauma-Informed Educators, Preventing Burnout, Compassion Fatigue, and Boundaries.

Piedmont United Family Services is accepting new clients for Mental Health Skill Building, Intensive In-home Counseling, Intensive Outpatient Therapy, Outpatient Therapy and Crisis Support.

We are also accepting applications and hiring for full and part time positions for Martinsville, Danville and the Tidewater Areas.
