Just to clarify, on order for us to get your records moving where you choose, we either mail them to you, OR, you sign a records release form at your new provider's office, and then, we can send them there. Simple.

Although we can't see patients after next Friday, we will have limited business hours for records transfers and accepting payments. I'll post about those hours and dates soon.

Happy Friday everyone!! We know the kids are excited to be out for the summer.
Dr Seamon has a knee replacement surgery in 2 weeks, and wants to survey our folks to see if they use Messenger or Zoom, and would use either to have virtual visits with him. Simple maintenance visits, like medication follow-ups, rashes, etc. would be appropriate. This option will be available starting late June through July. Please give us your feedback, and thanks in advance!!!
