We're excited to welcome Erica Copenbarger to the MTMC Interior Design team as our new Business Development Manager!

Erica has a strong background in business relationship management, sales expertise, and event planning, with a knack for balancing comprehensive vision with attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys horticulture, wood burning, hiking, and exploring museums - pursuits that keep her inspired, curious, and connected to both nature and creativity. As this is a brand new role for our team, and we're eager to see how her artistic flair and strategic mindset will uniquely shape this evolving position!

Erica is dedicated to cultivating and nurturing meaningful relationships while simultaneously seeking system optimization - a combination which can truly make an impact. She will spearhead lead management, follow ups, and monitor TPL opportunities which will help us stay connected and responsive as we continue to expand. Her efforts will also streamline vital processes, offering invaluable support to our team and fostering collaboration with representatives and partners.

MTMC Interior Design and Bryan Peck/MTMC Team MO/KS recently led a showroom visit in St. Louis, guiding a client through the discovery process for furnishing their new dermatology practice.

From waiting room seating to office and break rooms solutions, our team provided a range of options - swatches, samples, and various configurations - making real-time decision-making easier and more effective. Bryan Peck shared, "Jacki and the team offered swatches that assisted us on making on the spot decisions; which I know the account felt was invaluable."
