Hi everyone! My name is Precious Grimes and I am a licensed LPC in the states of Missouri and Texas.

I’ve worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and I am passionate about helping you overcome trauma, motherhood, and unhealthy relationships. I understand trauma can affect your overall well-being so I help you develop life plans that are therapeutic and creative to increase mental balance.

Books will start shipping Saturday!

I’ve been so sick the last week I can’t even be long winded on here to give a speech.

However, I’ve learned 2 lessons this week.

Discover how to make multiple streams of passive income in your business especially if an emergency like an illness occurs.

And the most important lesson is the Aha Moment: I continuously make effort to heal in every way while accepting that my vulnerability is my superpower!

The more you learn the more you discover there is so much more to learn.

My clients are giving me life today; even when I’m not physically at my best today! We are still pushing through together!

I’m more than a piece of paper that says I’m a therapist; I’m proof that you can continuously heal.

Find you a therapist that you can laugh, cry, curse, say “PERIOD” ,set boundaries, identify triggers, build coping skills, learn hard lessons, find acceptance, be safe when being vulnerable with to start discovering new ways of doing things that no longer align with you!

I pray for everyone’s healing right now. 🙏🏾

I been licensed in Texas for a few weeks. However, I wasn’t ready to take new clients because I wanted to do my business perfectly!

Then I realized my Missouri clients are thriving and when I started I definitely WAS NOT doing things perfectly!

Probably because Perfection Does Not Exist!
If we strive to be perfect we will often fail.

My mistakes propelled me to engage with 25 clients a week consistently and actually observe their progression and learn from my clients.

P.S 🗣Your clients are your greatest resources and teachers.📢

It allowed me to become a better therapist who my clients show up each week to transform their lives with little ole IMPERFECT ME!

So yes! I got out my own way and said “Let’s Go Texas.”
