What a GrEaT week at Farm to Fork!! Started the week off Celebrating National Pokémon Day!! Tuesday was book club and Wednesday we enjoyed a yummy chicken Alfredo lunch made by our cooks!! Thursday we enjoyed a beautiful day of 🌞 Sunshine, baseball, and kIckball at the park!! Friday was a Hula party which involved lots of singing (karaoke 🎤), limbo, and ROOTBEER FLOATS!!! What a busy, fun-filled week!!

What a great day at the fork!!! We have had a busy month building and creating our float for the Marysville Christmas parade!! This week we have to tear it ALL down!! It's a lot and we have so much more to do but between all that we have managed to make 24 dozen cookies for our military!!! Yes it's been crazy but we have enjoyed coco, bingo, and spaghetti lunch!!! Tomorrow we have more cookies and tearing down to do but with all the hard work it has been so much fun making memories with each other!!! Great job forkers!!! Keep up the great work!

We are looking for new team members for part time and on call positions. Pay starts at $16 hour.

Job Description: Looking for a caring individual to join our team at Farm to Fork, a 6 hour Activity Day Program for Adults with developmental Disabilities.
We are an independent program that has a ratio of 1 staff to 8 clients that attend program as well as some 1:1 clients. We have been actively serving our community for the past 13 years in East Marysville CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Our staff supports the implementation of individual plans and goals and assist individuals in the pursuit of recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences. Assist in the creation of daily activity choices Assist and encourage participants in establishing social networks Ensures each individuals rights are protected Encourage creativity in crafts, gardening , and interaction with the hobby farm activities. Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels of people, including staff members and external partners.
Activities at program but not limited to: Crafts, baking, menu planning, outdoor gardening, greenhouse. hobby farm, socializing, day trips in the community, daily living skills, and movies.

Staff requirements:
Clear background and fingerprints CPR ( part of the first two week training) Valid CA Driver’s license Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally Ability to have an enjoyable day with wonderful people and must be able to reliably maintain attendance

OMG, It's almost here!!! Everyone stop by for some trick or treating, games, crafts, rummage sale, vendors, craft sale lots of fun stuff. HF Gifts will be there Sizzle n Smoke will be bringing some amazing lunch! We will have a bake sale, snow cones and popcorn available as well!!

So much fun!!! We have done so much more just haven't got all the pics yet all together!! Today we got so much yard work done front and back!!! Thankful for our workers!! Happy Friday hope everyone gets plenty of rest because we have a fun event next weekend!!!

What a Great Morning 🌞 Cleaning up Garbage around our Community🌎👷!! Our Awesome workers picked up 3 large bags plus some cardboard and metal!! We stopped and bought goodies and cold drinks🥤🍭from the Dollar General ( our favorite neighbor Store)and then came back to do more chores and enjoyed a spaghetti lunch cooked by our Amazing staff and clients🙌!! We also managed to play a few card games, take care of ALL the animals🐱🐰🐹🐇🐹🐇🦎🦎🐓🐠🐟 water 💦 all our trees 🌴 plants 🌸🌼🏵️and grass!! Great Job to all our farmers they did a great job today!!
