A Major Unusual Incident (MUI) is the name for an alleged, suspected, or actual occurrence that could place the health and welfare of an individual with a developmental disability at risk. Incidents such as abuse, exploitation, misappropriation, neglect, and injuries could result in an investigation. Anyone providing paid services to someone with a developmental disability is a mandated reporter.

The age range for each of our Support Service Teams vary. School age services support age 3 up to age 14, Transition services support age 14 to Highschool graduation (up to age 22), and Adult services span from High School age to the end of a persons life. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿคฉ
