Thriving Together Thriving Together provides Adult Day Support & VocHab services for people with developmental disabilities living in Union & Logan County, Ohio.

We aim to provide high quality programs, in small groups, always in a community setting, never in a facility. We are a DODD certified agency. We provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Union County.

We are currently hiring for a DSP position. The ideal potential candidate would have experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, be able to work independently with up to 4 individuals at a time, and have excellent critical thinking skills.

This position would be partly for VocHab assisting individuals who work at Thriving Together Collective General Store & partly for ADS Community. There would also be the potential for additional hours as we expand our ADS days, job placement & follow along services.

This position is currently part time, every Wednesday & every other Friday and every other Saturday on the opposite week. This position will also have the opportunity to add 3 weekend/evening days of your choice for our "Special Events." Ideally this position would also cover vacations & sick leave for the 3 current staff. Shifts are approximately 7 hours per day.

Pay is highly competitive & significantly above the DSP rate for any local agencies. We also provide annual bonuses on hiring anniversary, and holidays, vacation & PTO time. Agency vehicle provided for all transportation.
