Have you stopped by Thriving Together Collective General Store? It's a non-profit organization that is giving job training skills to our friends with developmental disabilities. Stop in and be helped by the friendliest staff and check out some items made right here in Union County.

New hours!

We have adjusted our hours to align with the Union County Farmer's Market.

Saturday 10am-12pm & Sundays are run by volunteers & may need adjusted from time to time.

You don't see them often as most prefer not to be on social media; but we do have men clients as well. They enjoy hiking, movies, bowling and eating out. We have the best bunch of friends!!

We are hiring for a DSP position. The ideal potential candidate would have experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, be able to work independently with up to 4 individuals at a time, and have excellent critical thinking skills.

This position would be partly for VocHab assisting individuals who work at Thriving Together Collective General Store & partly for Adult Day Support in the community. There would also be the potential for additional hours as we expand our ADS days, job placement & follow along services.

This position is currently part time 14-24 hours per week. Ideally this position would also cover vacations & sick leave for the 3 current staff. Shifts are approximately 7 hours per day.

Pay is competitive & significantly above the DSP rate for any local agencies. We also provide annual bonuses on hiring anniversary and holidays, & PTO time. Agency vehicle provided for all transportation.
