Setting some rumors straight.
My building is for sale(or lease). I’m not quitting. Only downsizing. I don’t need this much space.
The building is 3 floors:
Main floor: two rooms(used for massage).
Plumbling for 2 pedicure chairs & one shampoo station.
Upstairs: apartment needs a complete remodel
Basement: with plenty of storage space & boiler.
