🌟GOAL: Lose inflammation/tone without losing scale weight!🌟

Do you SEE the difference in physiques?!? 😲🤯

📢 Ladies & Gents..the SCALE is not an accurate tracker of PROGRESS 📢

Say it with me now..📣 “the SCALE is not an accurate tracker of PROGRESS!” 📣

🍽️ 2 months consuming 5 balanced meals/day!
💪🏼 2 months strength training 45 mins 5x/week!
🚶‍♀️‍➡️ 2 months walking 7k+ steps/day!

And of course..using my coaching pillars and methods on myself, cause they work, so why not?!? 🤣

NOTE: NO cardio/running was done Jan 1st-Feb 28th! 😘

Running a fundraiser 5k March 15th so I’ll need to run a few times to prepare my body for this 3.1 mile run 🤗 Outside of starting training for that run in 2 weeks, NO cardio is being done 😘

March goal will be a slight cut..STAY TUNED! 😁

Over the next 5 months (journey to USOA Nationals 🤩) I’ll be sharing MY upcoming transformation with ya’ll! ✨

👉🏼 Topics that’ll be addressed:

✅ Scale weight does not accurately reflect progress (progress pics & measurements DO!)

✅ You can weigh more than desired but look/feel better (improved body composition)

✅ Physical activity only needs to be consistent (not intense or time-consuming)

✅ Strength training improves body composition (after 30, every decade we lose approx 8% muscle mass so strength train vs. cardio)

✅ Eating smaller meals, more often, increases metabolism/fat loss (ideally every 3 hours)

Snapped only one body pic in 2024 and HOW IRONIC I weighed exactly the same 2/28/24 as I do today! 😲🤣

Our journey starts TODAY and I will regularly share with you my progress to prove what’s shared above 👆🏼 is SOOOO true!!! 😁👏🏼💞✨

As the new year approaches, I’d like to reintroduce myself and share why I started this business to help YOU and everyone I love! 💞✨

Hi! 😍 I’m Elizabeth Mehlbrech, certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and owner of Limitless Life Coaching & Training! 🍽️💪🏼

Since graduating HS in 2003, I rarely worked out, acquired bad habits and poor nutrition and was fueled by caffeine! 😬
