It's not too late to sign up and catch up!

Let's get back into the groove together. Come back to your practice and do as many classes in 30 days (or all 30) as you can. Your body will thank you for the movement, the regulation of your bodily functions and the wringing out of sunscreen (among other things) from all the summer time fun!

You can sign up the next time you're in the studio. It is free to participate; regular class rates apply.
