Join BTY for the Coldest Night of the Year walk this Saturday to raise funds for people in our local community dealing with homelessness, hunger and hardship.

BTY is putting together a team for this nationwide event and raising funds for The Hope Center. We are looking for volunteers to walk with us and/or help raise funds.

Meet the Coaches: Coach Cody

Cody is a Fitness Coach at BTY. Cody has coached at BTY for 2 years and works with both adult general fitness clients and youth athletes. During Spring 2022, he began training group fitness classes which led him to discover his true passion for fitness and helping others build their self-confidence. His favorite thing about coaching is building relationships with clients and seeing them build their self confidence.

Meet the Coaches: Coach Kevin is the director of basketball training and a speed and agility coach at BTY. Kevin is a certified trainer and a basketball skills coach. He received his training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, where he also completed his Youth Exercise Specialist certification. Kevin has been a competitive athlete for most of his life and went on to play both golf and basketball at the collegiate level. This experience has taught him many valuable lessons about what it takes mentally and physically to be successful as an athlete. For the last 10 years, Kevin has trained young basketball players looking to improve their skills, as well as their speed, strength and agility. He is excited to share his knowledge to help people reach their athletic goals, whatever they may be.

Meet the Coaches: Coach Carly

Coach Carly is one of the owners at BTY. She coaches fitness training, gives golf lessons and does nutrition coaching. Carly has worked in the fitness industry for 15 years. She got her masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Virginia. After grad school she moved to Dallas, Texas and worked at a fitness facility that specialized in golf fitness for 6 years. They worked with a variety of professional and amateur golfers at that facility, including Scottie Scheffler and Jordan Spieth.

Carly was also a competitive golfer herself growing up. She played golf for Marysville High School where she won 2 individual state titles. After high school she got a scholarship to play golf for the University of Virginia.

8 years ago Carly moved back to open BTY with her brother Kevin and has loved serving the community she grew up in! She is passionate about helping people reach their fitness and performance goals.

It’s the new year and that means everyone is motivated to reach their 2026 goals. If you have been loving your results at BTY bring a friend to your training next week so they can get great results, too!

The week of January 5th bring a friend to try out a workout, basketball, or baseball training session with you for FREE! They can come to any of our training sessions during the week. Grab that friend you have been wanting to try out BTY! Our only request is to let your coach know if you’re bringing a friend so we can plan.
