We’re excited to announce that yoga classes are coming in January! These gentle Stretch & Breathe classes are designed to help you fully relax—supporting both your physical body and mental well-being.
Classes will be led by the wonderful Alaina Rae and held at 6:30 PM. Space will be limited, so we’d love your input!
