Hello everyone!

It’s been quite some time since I’ve done a proper introduction, so here it goes.

My name is Anastasia Emms, and I am the owner of Burnt Oak Massage and Wellness. This coming May, I will celebrate 8 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist. My journey into massage began long before licensure, growing up as a dancer with a deep love for people, movement, and health. During my senior year of high school, I broke my foot while dancing and received a massage while still in a boot. That session was the first time I truly felt progress in my healing, and in that moment, I knew this was the path I was meant to take. I wanted to help others the way I had been helped.

I’ve always dreamed big and knew that my journey as a solo practitioner would only be the beginning. When my mom, Jamie, shared that she was interested in becoming a massage therapist and asked for my permission to pursue the field, my response was an immediate and enthusiastic, “Absolutely! When do you want to start?!” That moment sparked the expansion from Anastasia Emms, LMT to what is now Burnt Oak Massage and Wellness.

I am beyond grateful for the phenomenal team I have beside me. They are kind, compassionate, and deeply committed to putting client care and health first, always. I’m so excited for what the future holds and can’t wait to share what’s to come.
