We are expanding and are looking for our next cold cap specialists! Positions available in Knoxville, Tri-Cities, and Nashville.
**Job Title: Capping Specialist**

**Company Overview:**
At United Capping, we are more than just a cold cap therapy company; we are a supportive community of women dedicated to helping one another through the challenges of cancer treatment. We understand the journey, whether you are newly diagnosed or a survivor navigating your new normal. Our team, comprised of several survivors, is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

**Position Summary:**
We are looking for a Capping Specialist who embodies the spirit of our community—someone who can provide not only technical support but also emotional encouragement to new cancer patients. This role is perfect for someone seeking a side hustle that allows them to make a difference while working alongside others who understand their journey.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide cold cap therapy to patients during chemotherapy sessions, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Offer emotional support and share personal experiences to help patients feel understood and cared for.
- Set up and maintain cold cap equipment with attention to detail.
- Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for patients, treating them like family.

**Qualifications:**
- Personal experience with cancer treatment, especially chemotherapy (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel within a 2-hour radius.
- Strong punctuality and dependability.
- Empathetic and caring demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A genuine desire to support and uplift others during their treatment journey.

**Work Environment:**
- Flexible scheduling, ideal for a side hustle or part-time opportunity.
