Guess what!

Our therapist Taylor Booth will be hosting yoga starting every Tuesday at 5pm during the month of January! Classes are open to all ages and will be beginner friendly!

Classes are $12 and you can register through the link below or tell the therapist you work with you will be attending so Taylor can have a head count! Some mats will be provided if you need to borrow one!

Come join Taylor and Meagan for a Coffee, Chaos, and Community support group for young adults! We will start this coming Monday October 14th!

We will chat, craft, and support each other! Free for anyone to attend!

Our office will be collecting donations for Cocke County! You can drop off personal hygiene products or water starting Monday 9/30.

If you are unable to drop off you can use this Amazon link to help donate personal hygiene products. All things will be delivered to Newport by our therapist Taylor Booth. 🙂

We are happy to announce that we will be housing a FREE Survivors of Su***de Loss support group on Saturdays from 1pm- 2:30pm! Please notice that this is NOT a therapy group but a support group led by the Contact Care Group of Knoxville. We look forward to supporting this much needed resource in our local community! Please help spread the word to those who may benefit!
