Morning routine check ☀️
Before the day gets busy and the world starts making demands, I try to do three simple things that set the tone for everything else: hydration, movement, and gratitude.
💧 Hydration
After hours of sleep, your body is naturally dehydrated. A big glass of water first thing helps wake up your brain, supports digestion, and gets your cells firing the way they’re designed to. It’s such a small act, but it tells your body, “I’ve got you.”
🚶‍♀️ Movement
Nothing fancy—sometimes it’s stretching, sometimes a walk, sometimes just loosening up my shoulders and hips. Movement first thing gets circulation going, reduces stiffness, and reminds your body that it’s meant to move, not just sit all day. Nothing is more fun than walking with Bob in a new place we are exploring!
🙏 Gratitude
This might be the most powerful part. A few quiet moments to acknowledge what I’m thankful for shifts my mindset from rushing to receiving. Gratitude lowers stress, supports emotional health, and changes how I show up for the day ahead.
None of these habits take long. There’s no perfection required. But practiced consistently, they create momentum—and momentum creates results over time.
Small habits really do add up to big long-term impact.
What’s one thing you do in the morning that helps you feel more grounded or energized?

✨ Welcome, 2026! ✨

Every year at this time, we’re invited to reflect and reset. Traditionally that looks like New Year’s resolutions — the ambitious, well-intended promises we make to ourselves as the calendar flips. But after years of trying that approach, I’ve realized something important:

📌 Resolutions simply don’t work for me. I often start strong, then lose momentum because they’re too vague or overwhelming.

What does work for me is setting specific, measurable goals across the areas that matter most:

💪 Health — clear targets like “walk 30 minutes 5x/week” rather than a vague “get healthier.” Experts say that specificity is key to success.

📈 Business — defined benchmarks and milestones to track progress rather than broad “grow more.” For me it’s not just identifying the benchmarks and milestones, but working on consistency every day in the goals I’m trying to reach.

❤️ Family life — intentional commitments like weekly family dinners or quality one-on-one time.
With our adult children, especially that quality
one-on-one time and creating experiences to do together are the most important goals to me.

I’ve found that goals with clarity and purpose help me stay focused and motivated throughout the entire year — not just in January. What about you?

🤔 Do you set New Year’s resolutions? If so, do you accomplish them?
Or do you find structured goals work better for you too?

Which ever you prefer, resolutions, or targeted goal setting, I am rooting for you to succeed in 2026!

Let’s share what’s helped us stay on track! 🚀

How FUN! Picture on the left is now, picture on the right was 6 years ago. When you see yourself everyday you don't notice it much but I can really see the age reversal from the technology patch we have been wearing since 2022. More importantly is how I feel without all the aches and pains and how much better I sleep. So thankful. Reach out if you know of someone who needs help with the health without drugs or injections.

We are so excited to have turned 65 and get to use silver sneakers! There is always a silver lining to aging😂 free, gym membership! So my goal is to get there at least three times a week doing some thing. Love the yoga, spin class, Zumba.

Comment on some thing you’re doing to get healthy!

YES WE HAVE CLEAN SKINCARE!
I have been using the Alavida skin care system which includes patches for about 18 months. SO much sun damage reversing over time. Now they have added an EYE CREME CONTAINING GHK COPPER PEPTIDE! Mine is in the mail and I can't wait to use it. Before and after pictures coming.
