How FUN! Picture on the left is now, picture on the right was 6 years ago. When you see yourself everyday you don't notice it much but I can really see the age reversal from the technology patch we have been wearing since 2022. More importantly is how I feel without all the aches and pains and how much better I sleep. So thankful. Reach out if you know of someone who needs help with the health without drugs or injections.

We are so excited to have turned 65 and get to use silver sneakers! There is always a silver lining to aging😂 free, gym membership! So my goal is to get there at least three times a week doing some thing. Love the yoga, spin class, Zumba.
