Dr. Dallas Mullock was born and raised on a farm in Parnell, MO. He and his wife, Melissa, have 3 daughters- Morgan, Dena and Sadie. Dr. Mullock was previously employed as a paramedic at Nodaway County Ambulance District, Environmental Public Health Specialist & Emergency Response Planner at Nodaway County Health Center and C-130 pilot with the Missouri Air National Guard. Dr. Mullock is currently a Lieutenant Colonel and Flight Surgeon in the Missouri Air National Guard in St. Joseph.
Dr. Mullock is board certified in Family Medicine and board certified in Neuromusculoskeletal medicine.
