I was shocked to see so many people show up to my first stretching class at my apartment complex this morning! The room was filled with people of all ages who wanted to help themselves ☺️
I don’t know why this new health and wellness trend took so long take off. After just 45 minutes of stretching, everyone in the room was loosey-goosey and felt so much better. Imagine what consistent stretching could do for you. I wish more people would give it a shot because it’s not just for people who workout. Here are some of the benefits:
