Sunday gentle yoga will be moving to

We are downsizing our class capacity slightly to create more space between participants. So be sure the rsvp early to save your spot. We will be adding more classes to accommodate those changes. Be sure to go ahead and follow the new studio page. I'll discontinue the updates On this page once we fully Open! Thanks so much for your support 🙏 it means the world to us!

next Saturday, our 🔥Hot power🔥 class at the bike shop will be moved to 830am. As soon as the new studio is opened we will add a second NON heated class option at 10am. This will help limit our Saturday waitlist...
An 11:45am class is being considered...
Give me your thoughts...
hot tone and sculpt (light weights, bands, yoga/core mix)
gentle Restorative
or Yin class ( we will have all the props and bolsters 😁)

🔥🔥🔥Saturdays are my favorite!!🔥🔥🔥

I know I say that about every day...because I love sharing yoga with you!

Though we haven't been labeling it 🔥🔥Hot yoga..Saturdays are indeed HOT.
So come prepared to sweat...prehydrate, rehydrate, and bring a towel!!

What are some benefits of Hot yoga??
If done correctly and safely, hot yoga can:

Improve flexibility

Burn more calories

Build bone density

Reduce stress

Ease depression

Provide a cardiovascular boost

Reduce blood glucose levels

And....Nourish the skin.

A safe Hot class ranges from 90°-105°

However, in the summer we like to keep the temps at about 90-97° especially in our power classes!

Our studio is conveniently located in downtown Maryville/Alcoa

Our instructors were previously at the old Maryville yoga Shala before covid closed us down.... but we're so excited to finally be back together in a even more convenient location that is central to downtown and !
