💙 A Message from Dr. Birdwell 💙
Many of you know I had an unexpected hospital stay last week and ended up needing my gallbladder removed. I’m incredibly grateful for your patience and understanding as I had to cancel appointments during that time.

I’m happy to share that I’m healing well and am officially back in the office—and so thankful to be doing what I love again.

Thank you for your kindness, your flexibility, and for being the best patients a doctor could ask for. I look forward to seeing you soon and continuing to support your health and wellness journey.

Dr. Birdwell recently had the privilege of joining a Small Business Tour at New Hope Child Advocacy Center. What an eye-opening and inspiring experience! 💙

New Hope provides a safe, compassionate space for children who have experienced abuse or trauma. Their team of advocates, law enforcement, and medical professionals work together to help children heal and find justice — all under one roof.

I’m so grateful for the vital work they do and proud to be part of a community that supports their mission of hope and healing. 💫

We headed to Murfreesboro for the Southern Chiropractic Conference—but of course, when you bring a 3-year-old along, it’s not just about learning and growing as a chiropractor!

✔️ Scouting out the best playground in town
✔️ Dressing up for the Chiropractic Excellence Luncheon

It was the perfect mix of family fun and professional inspiration. 💙 Grateful to keep learning so I can serve my patients even better—while making sweet memories along the way.

Look who showed up at the office this week — a tiny Jesus with a big message: “Jesus loves you.” 💛

One of our sweet patients quietly left him behind, and we couldn’t help but smile. It felt like the perfect little reminder of the love, trust, and kindness we feel from this community every day.

Being voted Best Chiropractor means the world to us — not just for the title, but because it reflects the incredible people we get to serve.

From tiny gestures to big honors, we’re grateful for it all. Thank you! You all are the best and it’s an honor to serve you!
