Associate Kesha wanted to crochet a blanket and immediately knew the best person to ask for help with that was Barbara, who is a master at sewing and crocheting. Barbara was able to show Kesha how to get started, and it looks like she is learning quite well. We can't wait to see the finished product!

Today we honored all veterans but gave special recognition to those in our community.

Rob faithfully served 27 years in the United States Air Force, and it was during his service he met his wife and went on to raise a beautiful family. Rob shares fond memories of his time in service and never shies away from conversation. Thank you, Rob, for your service!

Residents Emma and Barbara proudly honor their husbands who served in the Army and Sandy proudly honors her husband for his time in the Air Force and displayed her diamond painting which represents the United States with the Bald Eagle and Countries Flag! What a beautiful picture!

To all those who have served, we say Thank you, for your service and sacrifice!

Through awareness, research and supporting one another, we can work to make Alzheimer's a memory! 💜 💜

The connections we make in our community sometimes last long beyond the care we provide. Susan's mother, Virginia, was a part of our community for several years, and during that time became just as much a part of the Brookdale Browns Creek family as her mom was.

Even though Virginia is no longer with us, Susan enjoys coming to lead a small group Bible study each week and spending time with the friends she made over the years.

Thank you, Susan, for continuing to be a part of the Brookdale Browns Creek Family!
