It's recognition time!

Kesha started her career with Brookdale in June of 2024 at Brookdale Ebenezer Road in SC. She served as Med Tech and loved her job of serving and helping the residents.

Since moving to our community in July of this year, Kesha has proved that she has a servant's heart and looks for ways to say yes every day! Because of her hard work and dedication, she has earned the new title of Resident Care Coordinator.

Help us congratulate Kesha, and if you see her hard at work, take a moment to thank her for all that she does. Kesha, we are so blessed to have you as a part of the Brookdale Browns Creek family!

A trip to Cracker Barrel for breakfast was the perfect choice for this Friday morning!

Helga was very impressed with her cheesecake filled strawberry pancakes, and of course, the ladies loved shopping for the perfect item for those little great grands. But as you can see, the best part is always sitting in the rocking chairs relaxing!

It was time for another get-together with our sister community, Brookdale Sandy Springs, and this time we were happy to host!

We held a Sweet Summer Social with watermelon, lemonade and fellowship, which made for the perfect combo! Old friends catching up, new friends meeting for the first time, and cousins spending time together.

We are already looking forward to our next gathering in the fall and planning what treats we should enjoy. Any suggestions?

The cards were laid out, and the chips were all set for a Family Bingo night of success!

Snow cones, popcorn bar, prizes galore, and most of all, fun with family! Here's a little video to show what a great night we had. Many thanks to all our families who love to come out and show support and have fun. Stephen brought us delicious snow cones, and Buck gave us all the toppings for a yummy popcorn bar. So many prizes were donated by friends and families, and support from our local Girl Scout troop.

Friendship Choir had a very special guest join them this week for music. Marlene's sweet little great-granddaughter, Maddie, had the best time dancing along to the hymns they were singing and brought smiles to everyone's faces!

Help us wish our sweet friend Bobby a very happy birthday today!

This smile that you see is what we have the pleasure of enjoying every day. From his gentle spirit to his silly jokes, Bobby is a joy to be around. Sports have always been a passion for him, so you can bet his favorite thing to do is sit and watch baseball, basketball, football, and of course anything that has to do with the UT Vols. He cannot wait for football season to start!

Bobby we are so very happy you are here with us and, from all of us at Browns Creek, we wish you the best birthday!

Barbara is in her element and most happy when she has a project to work on. As you can see, she has been very busy! We just love watching her passions come to life and the opportunity she has at Brookdale to continue doing what she loves.

Today's lunch adventure took us to Kickback Jack's. The servers were wonderful and quick, management went above and beyond to make us comfortable, and everyone raved about the yummy food. We recommend the ribs, the pasta, the fish, actually, we recommend you should try it all!!

Definitely one place we will return to soon!
