C.C. Marston & Company Elderhood Advisor and Preparedness Specialist I was lucky enough to find my passion for older adults while I was in the beginning of my career.

I've spent the majority of my life and work life with seniors, mostly in the long term care setting, loving them, laughing with them, crying with them, caring for them and being enriched by them. I am who I am today because of the elderly. To say that I am passionate about the aged is an understatement. I have an uncanny ability to connect with seniors on a deeper level than you might expect. There's really nothing else I'd rather do than work with this amazing population of people, unless its gardening or cooking, and in that case, lets do it together!

For 42 years, Randy Carson worked in health care, owning his own home health business and also working in hospice caring for those whose time was running out.
