It's that time of year again! Our office will be closed for vacation July 4th -July 14th. Regular hours will begin Monday, July 15th. You may still call and leave a voicemail, but you won't get a return call until the 15th.

Well, we have decided we have waited long enough for our Clearinghouse to send our outstanding claims. Currently, Riley is working on sending all claims outstanding from Feb 15 - April 30th to insurance companies using alternative methods.
If Riley seems flustered this week, now you know why!
We thank you for your continued patience while we wait to hear from insurance.
P. S. Coffees and diet Cokes make Riley verrrry happy and probably more productive! 😁

PSA: Due to the Change Healthcare cyber attack, we are having issues with some insurance claims.
Since mid-February, the only claims we can submit go to Blue Cross, Medicare, and Medicaid. All other insurance claims are on hold until our clearinghouse company is allowed to begin submitting our claims again.
Please, be patient with delayed billing due to this issue that is out of our control.

Due to the snowpocalypse and no patients scheduled Tuesday the 9th morning, the office will open at 1:30 pm through 5 pm.
Office hours Wednesday will be 8 am-noon and 1:30-5 to make up for the Tuesday morning closing.
