Mental health affects every part of our lives - the way we think, feel, interact with others, and experience the world around us.

Everyone has mental health, just like everyone has physical health, and it is totally normal to have ups and downs.

Struggling with your mental health doesn't mean somethings wrong with you - it just means you're human. There is nothing to be ashamed of. There is no shame in reaching out for support.

It is important to keep these conversations going - not just this week, but always.
