This little me and the grown me are so GRATEFUL for my grandma!!! She loved me unconditionally and along with my grandpa are one of the main reasons I was able to find my way to the light and the beautiful life I have today. She was an ANGEL given to me to help me not only survive my childhood but to thrive. She also taught acceptance and forgiveness for those who did not realize the harm their unconscious behaviors created. Thank you ♥️

AMAZING Human Design workshop this past weekend March 21st - 23rd, 2025 @ Center for Energy Healing & Healing Movement Retreat Center located @ 2335 Six Mile Road. Yoga studio and healing center are located @ 505 Belle Meade Drive in Maryville. I am so grateful for all the help to allow our weekend to run so smoothly. I now have a sign thanks to the help of Tom Boyle. Most of all I thank everyone who attended - we are of one spirit and yet so individually different!!! ♥️

Last week of class for the 2024 Yoga year 🧘‍♂️ @ the Center for Energy Medicine and Healing Movement. I was given this Mrs. Claus Santa outfit for my 62nd birthday and promised I wear it in class. How much fun I am having. Thank you EVERYONE for supporting me and the work I’m called to do serving those I ❤️ love!!!
