Due to recent changes in gym ownership, I am currently without a physical business location until further notice. I am actively working to secure a new space and will keep you updated as soon as arrangements are finalized.

I've had a few people contacting me about Trauma Touch Therapy.
When experiencing trauma, your body can form a disconnect. The concept behind Trauma Touch Therapy, is to help your body and mind work together to learn healthy ways to cope in normal day life. Trauma Touch Therapy typically consist of (10) 90 minute sessions. If you would like to learn more, and believe this may be beneficial for your experience in life- please feel free to reach out.

I just want to take a moment to say thank you—from the bottom of my heart—for trusting me with your self care. Being a part of your healing, relaxation, and wellness journey truly means so much to me, and I don’t take that trust lightly.

As we head into baseball season, my evening availability will be more limited so I can be present for my family during this special time. I encourage you to plan ahead when booking to secure the times that work best for you.

Additionally, beginning April 22, there will be a small adjustment to my rates. This allows me to continue providing the quality of care, time, and attention that each of you deserves.

Below are the new rates effective in April:
30 Minutes- $50
60 Minutes- $80
90 Minutes- $110
120 Minutes- $150

I only have a few days with openings available for the rest of the month! Also, they are doing some remodeling in Title Town Fitness. There will not be access to the front door anymore. Please meet me at the first west side door to let you in to the building.

I've had some cancellations and opened up some of my schedule since baseball season is almost over. Here is a list of my available times:
June 25th- 9 am (90)
June 26th- 1:15 pm (60)

June 30th- 10:20 am and 4-8 pm
July 1st- 9 am, 11:40 am and 4-8 pm

Today was the ending of one chapter and I can start a new chapter on my Trauma Touch Therapy journey. I finally completed my 30th and LAST session towards my externship. One more step before I can become certified! This is a huge milestone for my career.
We had a lake day for our session this morning, and we were able to enjoy some nature therapy. I am forever grateful for the clients that helped me get to this point. I look forward to working with many more clients as soon as I am completely certified. I owe a huge thank you to everyone that has supported me! 🤗 Big shout out to Rita Palmer Slagle and Brenda Briggs for putting so much of their time into my certification! I couldn't have came so far without your time and encouragement.
