The Hope Program is here.

We are now accepting referrals and enrollments.

If you or someone you know is ready to begin again,
we are here to walk alongside you.

Thank you to The Women's Fund of East Tennessee! This program wouldn't be possible without your support!

A program designed to walk alongside women who are rebuilding their lives.

Through counseling, support, and real, practical help—
we meet women where they are and help them take the next step forward.

Because mental health is not a luxury.
It’s a basic human right.

We are deeply grateful to Women's Fund of East Tennessee for investing in this work and helping bring the Hope Program to life.

And hope?
Hope can grow again. 💛

This is for the woman who is trying to begin again.

The one coming home after incarceration… wondering where she fits.
The one in recovery… choosing her path every single day.
The one healing from domestic violence… learning what safety feels like again.
The one who simply needs a fresh start.

She is not broken.
She is rebuilding.

And she shouldn’t have to do it alone.

Because of support from Women's Fund of East Tennessee, this kind of care is becoming more accessible in our community.

Something is coming…

Every day, women in our community are quietly carrying stories of survival, loss, and starting over.

Stories we don’t always see.
Stories that deserve to be heard.

We’ve been working on something close to our hearts
something built for healing, for rebuilding… for hope.

We’re grateful to Women's Fund of East Tennessee for helping make this vision possible.

Stay with us this week. 💛

💚✨ BIG NEWS, FRIENDS! ✨💚

Our signature event Inspiring Hope is officially moving to May 19th — and we couldn’t be more excited!

Why May? Because it’s Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
And there is no better time to gather, celebrate stories of resilience, and remind our community that seeking help is strength.

Inspiring Hope isn’t just a fundraiser.
It’s a night of powerful storytelling.
It’s a reminder that no one walks alone.
It’s hope in action.

Every ticket purchased and every sponsorship helps ensure that affordable mental health services remain accessible in our community — because at Compassion Counseling, we believe cost should never be the barrier to healing.

🎟 Tickets are now available!
🌟 Sponsorship opportunities are open!
Join us for an evening of inspiration, storytelling, and meaningful impact.

Today I was working on two different grant applications.
Both times I came to the same question:
“How many people do you plan to serve?”
And both times, I paused.
Because the honest answer in mental health is this: the need will always exceed the resources. There are more people struggling than there are funded services available to meet them.
What I am deeply grateful for is that Compassion Counseling does not have a waitlist. When someone reaches out for help, we are able to schedule them. In today’s mental health landscape, that is not something we take lightly.
Still, that grant question isn’t really asking how many people need us. It’s asking how many we can responsibly serve with excellence, with our current staffing, funding, and capacity.
Capacity is not a reflection of compassion.
It’s a reflection of resources.
So we answer thoughtfully. We build sustainably. We steward every dollar carefully. And we keep growing — one person, one family, one session at a time. 💛
