May is Stroke Awareness Month, and Mosaic is 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙞𝙣 on stroke care across our region, delivering coordinated, life‑saving care when every second matters. Mosaic Medical Center - Albany, Mosaic Medical Center - Maryville and Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph work together as one connected regional stroke network, ensuring patients receive the right level of care at the right time — starting close to home and seamlessly connected to advanced services when needed.

Each location plays a critical role in this system. Albany is designated a Level 3 Stroke Center through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Time Critical Diagnosis (TCD) program, while Maryville is accredited by The Joint Commission as an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital and recognized as a Level 3 Stroke Center. Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph is accredited by The Joint Commission as a Thrombectomy‑Capable Stroke Center and designated as a Level 2 Stroke Center, providing advanced clot‑removal procedures that can significantly improve outcomes for stroke patients across our region.

We have been working on cleaning up our Healing Garden for spring! We moved some of our painted rocks so that quotes, Bible verses, and messages can be more easily seen.
