What I'm coming from, where I'm at, and what's ahead.

Started applying principles of process psychology as a psych student and ESL teacher in Tokyo, and went on a lot of walkabouts while trying to find other tools I could use to help break down cognitive barriers to a more introspective sense of Self.

Since then, and back in the states, my career has led to a wide variety of residential programs, where we work through trauma, crises and addiction in mostly enclosed facilities equipped to help individuals caught between dual-diagnoses.

Where our ability to go on walks in the city is limited, a deck of tarot cards has never failed to break down walls and provide the space and focus needed to uncover those moments of deep reflection.
