Angela joined Maryville Fitness a year ago.
As a Registered Dietitian, she started here with a great understanding of how to eat right and was not concerned with weight loss.
Her main focus was to increase muscle and stay healthy but wanted coaching and accountability.
A year later, she is doing great!
With more consistency and a great attitude, she has increased lean muscle, has more energy, and even started running again. She just completed a half marathon!
