Angela joined Maryville Fitness a year ago.

As a Registered Dietitian, she started here with a great understanding of how to eat right and was not concerned with weight loss.

Her main focus was to increase muscle and stay healthy but wanted coaching and accountability.

A year later, she is doing great!

With more consistency and a great attitude, she has increased lean muscle, has more energy, and even started running again. She just completed a half marathon!

Since 2013, we have seen many local training gyms open and close their doors for good.

For over 12 years, we have offered personal training services aimed at helping adults get stronger, get healthier, and reduce joint aches and pains.
