The goal at Balanced Intentions is to offer a unique blend of yoga and evidence-based mental health principles.

All of our classes and workshops are led by a licensed mental health therapist and eating disorder specialist to ensure that classes thoughtfully incorporate caring trauma-informed guidance and a safe space for healing.

This means every practice goes beyond the physical, supporting emotional regulation, nervous system healing, body trust and compassionate self-awareness. Here, Yoga becomes a therapeutic experience where mental health and movement work together to nourish healing and foster lasting well-being.
