✨ Big news!! ✨

I’m so excited to share that Knoxville Voyager recently published an article about my story and how Amplify Physio began. ❤️

When I opened the doors to Amplify, it was just me in a tiny room with a massive hope — that people in our community would finally have access to a place that truly listened, looked at the whole human (not just one body part), and helped them get back to the activities that make life meaningful.

What started as a leap of faith has turned into a space full of strength, healing, and community. Every patient, every collaboration, every shared victory has shaped Amplify into what it is today — and we’re just getting started.

📣 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!!📣

I’m thrilled to officially welcome Emily Ramsey to the team! Although many of you may already know that she started with us back in September, we’ve been so busy making moves that we haven’t had the chance to give her a proper introduction—until now! She has been handling everything from patient care and scheduling to administrative tasks, website design and beyond. Her contributions have been invaluable, and we are incredibly grateful to have her on board. Here's a special note from Emily herself:

“Hi friends! I am so so excited to be here at Amplify Physio. I have been married to my husband, Hunter, for 6 years and we have a wildly sweet 2 year old son. I love all things outdoors, gardening, chickens and am a part time yoga teacher at a local studio in Maryville. My passion for pelvic floor started after having my first son and being told my pelvic floor symptoms were "normal" and "should resolve on their own". If Dr. Katie would let me have a megaphone, you'd probably find me on the nearest street corner campaigning for pelvic floor physical therapy! I'm truly so honored to be part of an organization dedicated to helping others who are experiencing symptoms, and who feel unseen and unheard.”

What a year 2024 has been! From opening our doors in January in a 180 sq ft office to now having a larger multi-office space with a waiting room AND a bathroom 😆 (IYKYK) - it's truly unbelievable.

I feel incredibly grateful every day to be doing work I truly love, right here in my hometown ♥️ None of this would have been possible without the support of my amazing patients, family, and friends. I’m so thankful for each and every one of you—you’ve all played a huge part in making this dream a reality. Your encouragement and trust mean the world to me!

Lastly, I feel unbelievably blessed to be a part of Gather- A Holistic Wellness Collective- alongside Piper & Maddy (Mora Wellness) Angela with Bloom Functional Wellness & Kristen (Young Birth-Professional Birth Support . It’s been amazing to collaborate with such a talented team, and I’m so proud of what we’re building together for our community!
