Our phone line is currently not working properly.

They have sent us a new simcard that is supposed to fix the problem, but will not be here until next week due to holidays we were informed.

With that said, if you have an emergency, please go to the nearest ER or dial 911.

We can be reached in the meantime until our phone lines are fixed at messages from this FB acct, or our Google acct can be messaged through Google maps if you search us, or you can email us at southhealthcarepain@gmail.com

Patients we are still having a phone issue. For the time being we have a temporary phone number until the issue is resolved. The number is 865-980-8172. Please pass along and share it if you can thanks.

It has come to my attention our phone lines are down right now. Our phone company assured us this is temporary and necessary for the phone number transfers from Comcast to Charter and they should be up and running by Monday morning. I will get a temporary phone number and come back and post it as soon as I can as a back up for until the transfer is completed successfully and our lines are completely switched over. Thank you!

We are still open and will be seeing patients at their cars in our new Maryville location as of Monday April 6, 2020 and ask all patients to remain inside their vehicles upon arrival and we will come to the car as you arrive to get you your paperwork and get you checked in for your car visit until the quarantine is lifted. We have your and our safety in mind to help eliminate exposure. We ask that you please follow the CDC guidelines to protect yourselves & our staff, thank you!

Due to the recent events, we are practicing within the CDC guidelines and heavily suggest you do the same.

We will be adapting together in these next few trying days together and want to continue to do everything we can to help eliminate risk of exposure to you and our staff. With that said, we will continue to update you thru Facebook and phonecalls with any changes as they happen.

At this time If you come to the office, please STAY INSIDE your vehicles and call the office (865.285.9284) and someone will come out shortly to assist.

If you are showing signs of fever, coughing, sneezing and runny nose then please go and be tested for the COVID19 respiratory virus, and then call us for further instruction.
