🌼 A Gentle Note for Mother’s Day 🌼

Mother’s Day can be beautiful — and also incredibly complicated.
For some, it’s a day of love, gratitude, and celebration.
For others, it can bring up grief, trauma, longing, or pain.
🌿 Maybe you’ve lost your mother.
🌿 Maybe you’ve lost a child.
🌿 Maybe your relationship with your mother is strained — or unsafe.
🌿 Maybe you’re longing to become a mother.
🌿 Maybe motherhood has been harder than you expected.
🌿 Maybe your trauma intersects deeply with this day.
However this day finds you, we want to say:
✨ Your feelings are valid.
✨ You’re not alone.
✨ You deserve care and support — today and every day.
