Non-slip mats are essential for seniors to reduce the risk of falls, particularly in the bathroom. These mats provide extra grip, making it easier for seniors to move around wet areas without slipping. Simple adjustments like this can help prevent accidents and support greater independence. Make sure your bathroom is slip-resistant to promote comfort and safety. πŸšΏπŸ›

Join us in celebrating our amazing activities director, Tasha, as April's Employee of the Month. With an incredible 20 years of dedication to our facility. Tasha has made a lasting impact on both residents and staff alike.

What does she love most about her job? The people she cares for every day. Her passion for long-term care was inspired by a personal experience- after a loved one was in an accident, Tasha was driven to learn how to provide the best care possible. That compassion shines through in everything she does. A typical day for Tasha is filled with planning engaging activities, sharing laughs, and playing games with our residents.

Here is a fun fact you may not know: Tasha is a talented poet! When she is not at work, she enjoys painting and crocheting.

When asked what employee of the month means to her, Tasha shared that it feels wonderful to be recognized for all that she does, and we couldn’t agree more!

Thank you Tasha for your dedication, creativity, and the heart you bring to our facility
