Hallett Physical Therapy

Hallett Physical Therapy Specializing in Women's Pelvic Health Rehabilitation. FAQ:
Q: Are your services covered under my health insurance? A: Yes. A: Of course.

Call your insurance company to understand your physical therapy benefits. I am currently in-network with Blue Cross and Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Medicare, and MassHealth. Q: If you are not in-network with my insurance, can I pay cash? Q: Do I need a doctor's referral? A: As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I have direct access in MA which means you do not need to see your doctor before seeing me.

You will only need your PCP's insurance authorization/referral if your insurance requires it for reimbursement. It is up to you to call your insurance company and know their requirements. Q: Do you treat other orthopedic dysfunction/pain? A: As a licensed physical therapist, I can evaluate and treat the entire body, however, this practice is limited to Pelvic Health. Q: How long do I need to wait for my first appointment? A: I can generally fit you in within a week of your first phone call. Q: How many appointments do I need? A: Everybody is different and this will be determined at your initial evaluation. We will work together to develop a plan of care that works to meet your goals.
